Returns and Replacements

Clear details help us understand the problem

Something not right with your personalised order?

Send the relevant order information and photographs so the circumstances can be reviewed clearly.

Understanding the issue

Different order problems may need different solutions.

Start by identifying what happened. A faulty product, an incorrect item and a print durability concern are not necessarily reviewed in the same way.

01 FAULT.

Faulty or damaged item

Contact support with the order details, a description of the problem and clear photographs where relevant.

02 WRONG.

Incorrect product or order

Share what you received together with the confirmed order information so the details can be compared.

03 PRINT.

Print durability concern

Eligible durability concerns are reviewed separately under the published 50-Wash Promise and its applicable conditions.

Personalisation problems

The confirmed order details help show where the error occurred.

Custom text, artwork and other details are produced using the information submitted with the order. The review therefore depends on whether the finished item matches those confirmed instructions.

01 OUR SIDE.

The finished item does not match the confirmed order

Send the relevant order information and photographs. The completed personalisation can then be compared with the details confirmed when the order was placed.

02 YOUR INPUT.

Incorrect information was submitted with the order

Where the item was produced using spelling, artwork or other details entered incorrectly during ordering, the available options may differ. Contact support so the circumstances can still be reviewed.

Change-of-mind requests

Personalised products can be treated differently from standard goods.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be subject to different change-of-mind cancellation rules. This does not remove statutory rights that may apply where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

CHECK.

How to request a review

Give support the information needed to understand the problem.

A clear description and relevant evidence can make it easier to compare the issue with your confirmed order and determine the appropriate next step.

04 REVIEW

The circumstances are reviewed

The next step depends on the order, the nature of the issue and the policy or consumer rights applicable to the circumstances.
